Recipe #50 | Perfectly Cooked Bacon

Making The Perfectly Cooked Bacon

Mmmmm Bacon! There is nothing like the sweet saltiness of Perfectly Cooked Bacon! I have tested all techniques from frying to baking and this one is my favorite.

Ingredients:

Your Favorite Thick Cut Bacon
Always cook a few extra slices 😉

 

Process:

1. Place a Cooling rack on a Baking sheet. A non-stick baking rack works great.
2. Turn Oven on Bake at 400F
3. Spread Bacon Slices on top of cooling rack
4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes
5. Flip Bacon at 7 minutes
6. Serve and Enjoy!

Note: Cook Extra and Refrigerate for use in Salads later also save the Bacon Drippings and use for frying eggs or anything else.
